Return/Exchange Policy
PRO FOODS accepts exchanges/returns within 30 days from shipment of goods. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a copy of your sales receipt note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions/comments and send to:

Items bought in stores may not be returned to PRO FOODS, LLC. Items bought online cannot be returned at stores carrying PRO FOODS products.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping
PRO FOODS offers Priority Shipping through USPS. Estimated delivery time, according to USPS is 2-3 days depending on your location. We are able to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes, if within USPS shipping regions.
Shipping Times
- USPS orders will ship within 24 hours.
- Orders placed Fridays after 3:00pm (CST) through Sundays will ship on Monday (except if Monday is Holiday)
Tracking your Order
We will provide you with a tracking number that allows you to simply click on the link to USPS which will provide you with all of the necessary information to track your order.
International Shipping
PRO FOODS offers international shipping through U.S. Postal Service.
Please note our international shipping charges do not include any import fees, taxes, duties, brokerage, or any other charge applied by a third party. The customer is solely responsible for these and any other fees should they apply..

International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
